About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join our Account Development Team as an Account Development Manager. The role primarily focuses on sponsorship sales and reports directly to the Senior Management Team. This position does not include direct reports.

Our Crawley HQ is newly renovated and equipped with a gym, fully stocked kitchen, table tennis, pool table, dartboard, and more. This role is fully office-based.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable companies to sponsor our events.
- Locate decision-makers within target organisations.
- Design and execute outreach programs to schedule consultations.
- Guide prospects through a structured sales process to secure event sponsorships.
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Ideal Candidate: We welcome applicants from various experience levels. However, individuals with prior experience in sponsorship or service sales will be positively received.

- No formal qualifications are required for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base salary: £24,000 to £30,000 per annum.
- Heavily commission-incentivised with first-year on-target earnings exceeding £50,000. Commission is uncapped and can be topped up with an annual bonus. Top earners can reach 6 six figures

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
